  • 1 tsp dry coriander

  • 1 medium eggplant (sliced)

  • 2 medium potatoes (sliced)

 Creamy Tomato Sauce (H3)

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ cup water

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

 Step-by-Step Instructions (H2)

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Mixture (H3)

  1. In a chopper, combine chicken, onion, tomato, chilies, and garlic.

  2. Add black pepper, chilli flakes, salt, and dry coriander.

  3. Process until everything is mixed well.

  2. Fry potato slices until golden and soft.
